Payment Information
The No show charges or cancellation penalties according to the policy, the credit cards entered to generate the reservation will be automatically charged.
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or guarantee payment.
General Policies
(1 ) Cancellations:
- The period to cancel without penalty begins at the beginning of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is on January 1 and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days before, the cancellation must be made before 11:59 pm on December 29.
- Exceptions may be considered , prior authorization from the hotel.
(2) Early Departure or No Show:
- Early departure or no show will result in cancellation and 100% penalty
- Exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.
(3) Reservation Modification:
- "Non-Refundable" reservations do not allow changes in dates or names.
- Extending the reservation implies prolonging the original policies and restrictions.
- Exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.
(4) Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued due to late check-in or early check-out.
- In flexible reservations with full or partial refund of cancellations, they will be processed within 10 business days after the request and corresponding confirmation.
(5) Important:
- Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
- All guests must be registered correctly at the time of generating the reservation, otherwise additional costs may be generated upon check-in.
- The availability of accommodation in the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
- Guests under 18 years of age can only check-in with a parent or official guardian.
- Price DOES NOT include applicable hotel service charges, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or phone calls , etc) or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will evaluate these rates, charges and surcharges at the time of check-out.
Policy Force Majeure
- Natural Disaster:
- Return certificate valid for unused nights within 1 calendar year.
- Not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Subject to availability and restrictions.
- Natural Disaster Alert:
- No penalty for changing dates within 72 hours of the alert.
- No Shows:
- No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after the normalization of the hotel.
- Early Departure:
- Early departure without penalties, receiving certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
- Rescheduling:
- Original fare guarantee for trips within 1 year of the original date.
- Must be rescheduled within 30 days of the natural disaster, with travel restrictions applying. season.
- Policy Changes:
- The policy is subject to change without notice.
